The Spanish Association of Cervical Pathology and Colposcopy (AEPCC) is a non-profit Association founded in 1988, whose founding objective is to promote knowledge of all aspects related to the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of Lower Genital Tract Pathology (PTGI). ) of women, using Colposcopy as a basic pillar, a fundamental technique in the secondary prevention of Cervical Cancer. Since its founding and to date, it is considered the national reference entity in this field, and in the field of primary and secondary prevention of pathology related to infection by the Human Papillomavirus (HPV). Linked to the International Federation of Cervical Pathology and Colposcopy (IFCPC) and the European Federation of Colposcopy (EFC), it currently has a growing number of national and international partners, mostly specialists in Gynecology and with partial or total dedication to the practice of the pathology of the Lower Genital Tract of women.
