Organised by Fibes, from Seville City Office, EXPOBELLEZA 2022, which takes place from 5 to 7 February, is an event of opportunities and a strategic meeting point for professionals from sectors related to the world of beauty, aesthetics, hairdressing, nails, make-up, appliances, cosmetics, nutrition and wellness.
After the long months of pandemic, in which this sector has been affected by the confinement and cancellation of events, the recovery of this reference event, which could not be held in 2021, is a key action to boost the sector, an event with which Fibes helps participating companies to establish business, make direct sales, attract new customers, gain market share, encourage direct contact and build trust.

The activities taking place in the walkway area will take place today, 5 February, between 11:00 and 20:00 hours, and tomorrow, 6 February, between 10:00 and 19:00 hours. The activities taking place in the Sala Marismas today, between 12:00 and 18:00, will focus on how to learn to live with mindfulness, and those taking place between 19:00 and 20:00 on the emotions of beauty and health.
Tomorrow, the activity will also take place in the Sala Marismas, from 13:00 to 14:00, and will deal with the cycles and female health during menarche, fertility and menopause.
Between 11 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. tomorrow, the Sala Ronda will host several talks organised by the Sevillian company Ramamedical on equipment and aesthetic medicine, in which transdermal therapy, new body therapies in magnetic electrostimulation, grey hair removal and pressotherapy will be discussed.
The Fibes space thus enables visitors to enjoy a complete experience, in which the fashion shows are accompanied by a whole series of parallel activities, such as numerous presentations, shows and demonstrations that take place in different rooms and in the exhibition area.
Today, Saturday 5 February, Fibes hosts the final gala of the Picasso Awards of Andalusia 2022 and brings back the live presentation of the finalist collections on the catwalk, one of the main attractions of this event. The gala has the collaboration of Booksy, an online booking management app aimed at the beauty and wellness sector with an international presence in Europe, America and Africa; and PETÓ HAIR, manufacturers of quality hair straighteners and curling irons for professionals with the best technical support and innovative technology.
The competition rewards the best hairdressing professionals in Andalusia in ten categories: male, female, avant-garde, photography, styling, make-up, professional hairdresser under 25, collection presented for the press, collection presented on the catwalk and Andalusian Hairdresser of the Year. The latter is the most important award as it recognises the winner for his or her entire professional career.
The Picasso Awards, created by the Asociación Peluquería y Estética de Sevilla (Seville Hairdressing and Aesthetics Association) (APES), aim to give hairdressing professionals social relevance and value as a group.
